Beautiful packaging, very shimmery, exactly as advertised.
Love this! I use it every day. There is a glitter coating on top but it is less sparkly underneath. But its so nice and smooth on the face. I can always add glitter if i want it.
It shines very beautifully. I really liked that they don't crumble but stay on very well until the end of the day. But still, there is a brighter dusting of glitter on top, when it wears off, simple shiny shadows remain underneath. I would simply say mother-of-pearl.
